Why we built this
Most people have the same experience of laundry services: you hand over a bag, you hope for the best, and you find out how it went when you open it again. Sometimes a shirt comes back perfect. Sometimes a favourite kurta comes back a size smaller.
Pure Laundry is built the other way around. Garments are assessed before they are treated, sorted by what the fabric can take, and finished properly rather than folded quickly. Items are counted in and checked out, so nothing disappears without explanation.
Clean clothes are the minimum. Knowing they will come back the way you handed them over is the actual service.
