Laundry at Pure Laundry starts with sorting, because a linen shirt, a dark denim and a synthetic sports top do not want the same water temperature, the same agitation or the same drying.
How laundry is handled
Regular wear washed by fabric type and colour, then dried and finished. The service for shirts, trousers, kurtas and everything else in weekly rotation.

Sorting before washing
Items are separated by colour, fabric and how heavily soiled they are. Whites are kept away from anything that can bleed, and delicate weaves are kept out of heavy loads.

Wash settings chosen per load
Temperature, cycle length and spin speed are set for the fabrics in that load rather than run on a single default programme.

Stain treatment where needed
Visible marks are treated before the wash rather than left to the cycle. Where a stain has set permanently we will tell you rather than return it without comment.

Dried and finished
Drying is matched to the fabric, and items come back pressed or folded depending on what you have asked for.

- Tell us about any stain and what caused it — that single detail changes how it is treated.
- Check pockets before handing over. We check too, but two checks are better than one.
- Garments with no care label are assessed by hand before anything is decided.
