Worth knowing
A few things that make a real difference to the result.
- Tell us if a piece is heirloom, bridal or sentimental. It changes how cautiously we work.
- Loose beadwork or a weak seam is far cheaper to mention before cleaning than to repair afterwards.
- Some embellished pieces carry a real risk whatever the method. Where that is true, we say so before starting.
