When you submit a pickup booking, a contact message or a franchise enquiry, we collect the details you enter in that form. Depending on the form, that may include:

- The service you are asking about and any instructions you provide
- Your pickup address, city or area, and preferred collection date and time
- For franchise enquiries: your city, state, preferred location, indicative investment range and current occupation
- Basic technical information sent by your browser with the submission, such as your user agent and the page you submitted from

We use the information you submit for the purpose you submitted it for, and for closely related purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and confirm the details of a booking
- To arrange collection, cleaning and return of your garments
- To assess and respond to a franchise enquiry

4.Marketing
We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you submitted an enquiry. If we ever want to send you promotional messages, we will ask for your consent first, and every such message will include a way to opt out.

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to handle any follow-up, query or dispute, and for as long as any applicable legal or accounting obligation requires. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and submissions are transmitted securely. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial or identity-document details through the forms on this site.
