These terms apply to your use of this website and to laundry and dry-cleaning services provided by Pure Laundry & Dry Cleaning ("Pure Laundry", "we", "us"). By using this site or booking a service, you accept them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or book a service.

Submitting a pickup request through this website is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we contact you and agree the details, including collection arrangements and pricing.

We may decline or cancel a request where we cannot service your location, where the garments fall outside what we are able to treat, or where the details provided are incomplete or incorrect.

Any prices shown on this website are indicative. Final pricing depends on the item, its fabric, its condition and the treatment required, and is confirmed after the garments have been assessed.

We will confirm the applicable price with you before proceeding. You may decline at that point at no cost.

You confirm that you own the items you give us, or that you are authorised to have them cleaned.

Please tell us about anything we need to know before treatment, including existing damage, stains, non-standard fabrics, embellishments, or items left in pockets. We inspect garments before treatment, but prior notice materially improves the outcome.

Some garments cannot be treated safely, and some stains cannot be fully removed. Where we identify a risk, we will tell you before proceeding rather than treating the item and hoping for the best.

We treat garments in line with their care labels and with professional practice for the fabric concerned. Where a care label is missing, illegible or inconsistent with the fabric, we apply our own assessment and will discuss any material risk with you first.

Items are counted and recorded at collection, and checked against that record before return. Please check your order on return and tell us promptly about any discrepancy so we can investigate while the trail is fresh.

Collection and return schedules are agreed with you at the time of booking. We will let you know as soon as we can if anything affects an agreed time.

We take care with every item, and we are responsible for loss or damage caused by our own failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for outcomes that arise from the condition or construction of the garment itself, from undisclosed prior damage or treatment, from defective care labelling, or from ordinary wear. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Please do not leave money, jewellery, electronics or other valuables in garments handed to us.

Where an order cannot be returned because we are unable to reach you or complete delivery, we will attempt to contact you using the details you provided. Please keep those details up to date so that finished orders can be returned to you promptly.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes and to enquire about our services. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, submit false or automated enquiries, or extract its content for republication.

The Pure Laundry name, logo, design and site content are our property or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Information on the Franchise page is provided to help you assess whether a Pure Laundry franchise may be of interest. It is not an offer, and it is not a projection or guarantee of revenue, profit or return on investment.

The investment figure shown is an indicative capital requirement. Actual terms are set out only in a written franchise agreement following discussion and evaluation.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page at the time you use the site or make a booking is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it was last revised.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
